Small 19th century French gesso and gilt mirror

Small stunning and highly decorative French antique gesso and gilt mirror from the 19th century. Old mercury mirror with the right amount of foxing.  It is set within a delicate mirrored surround. Some small imperfections expected on a piece of this age, but it is in general good condition for its age. Little original hanging hook on the back.
